About Us

Anthony Guarino for Mayor

A 32-year resident of Tinton Falls, Anthony has devoted decades to serving our youth as a paraprofessional in the Special Education Department and as an assistant football and baseball coach at Monmouth Regional High School. A past president of Pop Warner and longtime Little League coach, Anthony has led community programs that shaped generations of Tinton Falls children. He also brings professional experience as a small business owner, chef, security director, and law enforcement officer—giving him the broad perspective needed to lead our town.

Liz Perez for Council

A proud Monmouth County native, Liz has called Tinton Falls home for more than 10 years. She has dedicated her time to building programs that strengthen our town, from creating and managing Tinton Falls Travel Baseball to leading “Paint the Town Pink.” As a working mother of two, a PTA member, and a Borough and County employee with over a decade of public service, Liz understands firsthand the needs of families and small businesses in our community.

Rob Mauro for Council

A 25+ year resident of Tinton Falls, Rob has a proven record of service in education and community leadership. He served 10 years on the Tinton Falls Schools and Monmouth Regional High School Boards of Education, was President of the Tinton Falls Excellence in Education Foundation, and chaired the Tinton Falls Technical Council. A former youth softball coach, Rob combines his passion for education with professional expertise as a semiconductor sales engineer, backed by a Master’s in Electrical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. Beyond service, he’s a husband, father, grandfather—and a neighbor you’ll see drumming in a local band or biking on our trails.

Rich Riccardi for Council

A 25-year resident of Tinton Falls, Rich has dedicated his career to education as a teacher, while volunteering countless hours coaching Little League and travel teams. He even helped renovate Hockhockson Field #3 so kids had a better place to play. Rich and his wife Christine, who works at Monmouth Regional, raised their four children here—each of whom went through our schools and plan to remain part of Tinton Falls’ future. And of course, many neighbors know the Riccardis thanks to their family dog, Penny, a fixture in the community.
